SEWING CIRCLE --- Finish your Holiday Sewing by joining us on Monday, December 1st, or Tuesday, December 9th. Quilts n Silks, " Sewing Circle" is held from 4:00 to 10:00 p.m. You can come and go as your time allows. We also host a "Sewing Circle" on Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. by reservation only. Cost is $15, which includes lunch or dinner. Advance registration is required. Please call to reserve your spot.
TOWELS FOR DVC --- We are accepting donations of new regular size bath towels and face cloth for the Domestic Violence Center of Manitowoc. They can be dropped off at the store during regular store hours. We appreciate your help with this special project.

QFL END OF SEASON WRAP-UP --- Our first QFL Season has come and gone and our team players are excited for the 2nd Season to begin. Quilts n Silks was the Home Stadium for the "Yellow Submarines" and had 11 team players. Our monthly team huddles were attended by 10 of our players who were treated to an evening of fun. Our huddles always started with a yummy dinner and sharing of ideas and new products. Then there were the team games which were a blast, especially the Thimble Relay. The best part of the evening was the different projects we worked on. The team players used an embellisher, serger and their sewing machines.
We made bags, pillowcases, coozie holders, wonder wallets and more. The "Yellow Submarines" celebrated the end of the season with a Super Bowl Party in which our prizes were awarded. The drawing for the grand prize of 100 "Fat Quarters" was won by Nan Groll. Watch for sign up information next March. Dont get left out. See you next Season!
